Repair Requests: Please complete print the
Resident's Maintenace/Repair Request PDF (below), send your contact
information and a breif description of the maintenance/repair you are
requesting by email or call our office at 713-395-1400. During business
hours we will take and process your request. After hours, please leave
a detailed message, and we will follow up the next day. For after hours
emergencies, call the Manager on Duty at 713-306-6061. Please
be aware of your lease's requirements for co-payments that may be required
for repair costs to your home.

Move Out: Complete Property
Services will contact you 60 days before your lease ends to discuss renewal.
Should you not wish to renew, leasing of your unit will start at 30 days
from lease end. This process should have been discussed with you at lease
signing. Please be aware of key boxing and move out condition requirements
described in your lease. Upon move out, a property manager will inspect
the property with you, and will review any deposit deductions that may
be due. Deposits will be returned following the move out inspection.
