Rent Payment: Most rent is due by the 1st of each month. Please pay it as directed at your lease signing. Most tenants pay on line, but you can also mail the rent as outlined in your lease. Late charges will be billed should payments be late. Eviction proceedings will begin for any tenant not having paid by the 5th.
Repair Requests: Please submit the Resident's Maintenance/Repair Request PDF (below), send your contact information and a brief description of the maintenance/repair you are requesting by email. You can also call our maintenance line direct at 713-395-1466. During business hours we will take and process your request. After hours, please leave a detailed message, and we will follow up the next business day. For after-hours emergencies, call the Manager on Duty at (713) 447-4817.

Move Out: Complete Property Services LLC will contact you 60 days before your lease ends with a lease renewal opportunity. Should you not wish to renew, leasing of your unit may start at 30 days from lease end. Please be aware of key boxing and move out condition requirements described in your lease. Upon move out, a property manager will inspect the property, and will determine any deposit deductions that may be due. Deposits will be returned within 30 days following the move out inspection.

Pay Your Rent Online
Complete Property Services offers residents the ability to make a payment online using our payment processing partner, PayLease. Using PayLease will allow you to:
- Pay online with a credit card or e-check
- Make a one-time or recurring payment
- Eliminate late payments
- Once registered, you can process a one-time payment or set up an AutoPay.
- Existing users can login 24/7 to make a payment or view payment history.
